What happens to what you send us.
What this site collects
The only information SPILLGLASS collects is what you type into the request-a-quote form: name, email, phone, business or organisation, and anything you choose to write in the message field. There is no account to create and nothing else on this site asks you for information.
Where it goes
When you send the form, the details go to our own server function, which saves them to a database on Cloudflare, the company that hosts this site, so an enquiry can't be lost, and passes them to Resend, the email service we use to deliver them to a SPILLGLASS inbox. Both handle the details only to store and deliver them, under their own privacy policies.
What it's used for
Only to respond to the enquiry you sent — arranging a sample, discussing a supply order, or answering a question. It is not used for marketing, sold, or shared with anyone outside SPILLGLASS.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising trackers or cookies of its own. To see how many people visit and which pages they read, it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of individual visitors or following them across other sites. Beyond that it is a static set of pages plus one form.
Your options
To ask what SPILLGLASS holds about you, or to have it deleted, contact us at the address the quote form sends to. Deletion means removing your enquiry from the database and deleting the email and its reply thread.
Changes to this page
If how this site handles information changes — analytics being added, for instance — this page will be updated to describe it accurately rather than left to describe an earlier version of the site.
