Privacy Policy

What happens to what you send us.

Draft — accurate as of publication, not yet reviewed by counsel. Confirm before relying on this for a real compliance requirement.

What this site collects

The only information SPILLGLASS collects is what you type into the request-a-quote form: name, email, phone, business or organisation, and anything you choose to write in the message field. There is no account to create and nothing else on this site asks you for information.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent through FormSubmit, a third-party service that relays the submission by email to SPILLGLASS. We don't operate a database or server of our own that stores what you submit — it exists as an email. FormSubmit's own handling of that data is governed by their own policy, not this one.

What it's used for

Only to respond to the enquiry you sent — arranging a sample, discussing a supply order, or answering a question. It is not used for marketing, sold, or shared with anyone outside SPILLGLASS.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies of its own. It is a static set of pages plus one form.

Your options

To ask what SPILLGLASS holds about you, or to have it deleted, contact us at the address the quote form sends to. Because a submission exists as an email, deletion means deleting that email and its reply thread.

Changes to this page

If how this site handles information changes — a proper backend replacing the email relay, for instance — this page will be updated to describe it accurately rather than left to describe an earlier version of the site.
